Do you have a store I can visit?

Sorry! We’re an online‑only business and don’t have a physical shop. We supply retail partners and sell via online marketplaces.

Do you ship your products from overseas?

No. All of our products are physically in our warehouse in Lithuania at time of sale, ready to ship.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes. Most products carry a limited warranty for manufacturer defects within the specified period. The warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage or misuse. Products need to be assessed before we can replace or refund.

Can I return a product?

Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Customers bear the cost of return shipping. Refunds are processed after inspection and may take up to 14 working days.

Can I collect from your warehouse?

Collections aren’t available — our warehouse isn’t open to the public. We deliver to your door via courier.
